After a brief layoff for June & July, the 12 Live podcasts are back with a bang this month with a recording from the last Sunday in June when Conor L & John Mahon decided to experiment a little for their annual birthday bash by getting local piano virtuoso Hugh Fowler to jam over the top of their set with no practice or rehearsal in advance. It all seemed to work out pretty ok, so you can download the end portion of the night where Conor & John played back to back above

This entry for the 12 live series comes from local disco enthusiast come bus driver, Louis Scully. Louis has been fast making a name for himself around Dublin with his great blog, Dublin Bus Disco and excellent DJ sets around town. He rocked it for us on Easter Sunday and again at the last Record Fair, from which this mix is a recording. He will be playing at our next Bank Holiday hoedown outside in the Bernard Shaw smoking area on the 31st May
